CMF (China Minigolf Sport Federation) is the only WMF recognized official governing body for Minigolf Sports Federations, Association and Clubs in China.

CMF is national federation of WMF (World Minigolf sport Federation) hence the WMF is a member of Sport Accord, the general association of international sports federations.

The China Minigolf Sport Federation (CMF) is the umbrella organisation of all minigolf-players in China. It is a non-profit organization. The statutory seat of the CMF is in HongKong.

The CMF organizes open championships/tournaments for elite players and the youth as well as holding biannual national championships in China. Also, the CMF tries to promote and popularize Minigolf, as an easily-practicable sporting activity for the public throughout the whole country.
